A few keys on the Cricut and vol ah you have an amazing layout that is balanced and a layout worth talking about! How might that be accomplished you might ask? Well, let me tell you!
First, you begin with one Cricut cartridge...Close To My Heart's new and exclusive Artbooking cartridge. The magic of this cartridge is that everything is sized with one key...one key and even better, ONE SIZE! The dial size was set to 11" and everything is proportioned to work together. Need something specific, use the REAL DIAL size and tweak as needed. Everything that I cut on this layout was cut using the "h" key with two exceptions...the happy was cut with the "G" and then the word "know" was cut using the awesome font that in included with the cartridge.
The layout is featured on the back cover of the Fall/Winter 2013 Idea Book. I made a few tweaks to make the layout work for my needs. If you love the layout, as I do, then join me at my Fall Idea Book Open House this Friday and Saturday and you too can create your own "happy" layout. All pieces have been pre-cut for your convenience although I will also be demonstrating the step by steps as well.
