Tickled Pink!

It has been almost a year and half since Deck The Palms was introduced and yet, I still cannot get enough of the paper - the tropical flowers and whimsical colors just keep pulling me back in.  AND.  THAT, FLAMINGO.  Love her!  My daughter loves flamingos so we celebrate them whenever we find them and what better perfect place than our scrapbook pages? Right?

With that being said, this flamingo sticker was the inspiration for this cute layout!  I love her! And the flowers in her head just make her even cuter!  Her "headshot", if you will, is repeated in the soft baby yellow zip strips used in the layout.

(For a larger view of the layout, click the photo and it will open in a new window.)

How sweet she is right?

That cute zip strip is adhered in strips with alternating baby pink (Ballerina) patterns of polka dot and diagonal stripes.  The strips are at slight angles for character.

Here is a close up of the title details & note the shimmer-splattering!

Sassy 25 Days of Christmas (2021) - December 2nd. Shaker Acetate Windows & Foam.

Sassy 25 Days of Christmas - December 2nd.  Shaker Acetate Windows and Foam Tape!

To take advantage to today's special, visit: www.inallsassiness.com.  And yes, this special is repeatable!

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Here is a card that I created using the Rectangle Shaker Windows & Foam - the middle size.  This card was designed with the Deck the Palms paper collection & Holiday Stickers.  The layered papers are all from this collection and compliment one another quite well.

As there are various shades of green in the paper collection, I decided to pair it with the green loose sequins from the Holiday Loose Collection - these are such fun with the variances of the solids, the metallics and transparents.

The stitched rectangle frame was cut out with the Stitched Rectangle Frame Thin Cut and then added to the top of the shaker acetate with Red Line Tape.  Such fun right??

Supplies used:  (Z3565) Holiday Loose Sequins, (X6040) Clover cs, (X6042) Mint cs, (Z4260) Rectangle Stitched Frame Thin Cuts, (CC11212) Deck the Palms Paper, (CC11213) Deck the Palms Christmas Stickers, (X254) Value Cards & Envelopes,  (Z4314) Rectangle Shaker Acetate and Foam, (Z3237) White Glitter Paper, (Z2060) Thin Foam Tape,  (Z3372) Adhesive Runner, (Z5024) Red Line Tape.
