I am very excited to announce that we will be returning to the Mimslyn Inn for St. Patrick's Day Weekend 2013 and my signature crop - The Shamrock Crop. This will be an awesome weekend! The Mimslyn Inn is a classy hotel filled with much southern hospitality and charm. The crop room is open and airy, the staff is first class, and the food is a pure delight! Here is a little more about this crop:

What makes this crop special?
The meals are beyond comparison...we are talking Chef created upscale Southern Cuisine at it's very finest! You'll find no cold pizza or soggy subs here. The crop will be filled with class and sass! Registration includes beverage service, a full cropping table for your very own, prizes, make and takes, free scrappin' gifts and more? Need more convincing? Cropper amenities:
Each cropper will receive his/her own 6 foot table for their scrappin' space.
Also included:
-a scrapbooking gift valued at $40 upon arrival
-entry into Sassy Grand Prize drawings and frequent prize drawings
-full use of Cricut Electronic cutting system (please bring your own Cricut Mat)
-A Layout contest...details to be announced at the crop!
-Specialty Workshop will be offered for an additional charge; details to be announced closer to the date of the crop.
And did someone say Chocolate?
One cannot scrapbook with out chocolate! So, we will be having chocolate specialties each night! White Chocolate available upon request.

The Mimslyn Inn's executive chef specializes in upscale Southern Cuisine but spoils you with a playful twist on the classics! For years, The Mimslyn was known for its pan-fried chicken, country fried ham and apples, club sandwiches taller than the Webster’s Dictionary, and pies straight from heaven. Circa ‘31’s menu includes a few of those favorites, as well as fresh and savory dishes very characteristic of today. Local ingredients and seasonal produce are blended into delicious creations complimented by our freshly baked breads, delightful desserts, and impressive wine selection. Circa ’31, the hotel's restaurant, serves a classic breakfast, traditional luncheon fare, and elegant dinners.

Double Occupancy in a standard room: $310.
Single Occupancy $400.
Suite with double occupancy $385.
Suite with triple occupancy $310.

Historic Rooms: Double Occupancy at the Mimslyn Inn is one bed. 2 may share this room. Participants will be granted bed request in the order of request/deposit received.

(1) Handicapped Historic - King Bed, Walk in Shower

(8) Blue Ridge Suite – 1 King Bed, Jetted Tub, and 1 Queen Pull-out sofa, fireplace
(1) Blue Ridge Suite - 2 double beds, 1 Queen Pull-out sofa, jetted tub, fireplace
Note on suites: If a suite is requested, the suite upgrade (divided by the number of scrappers in the room) is due at the time of request as that specific suite needs to be added to our room request. The suites are not in Sassy Crops room block and are on first come, first server with us, and the general public.
Payment :
All registrations must be paid in full by January 10, 2013.
Payments may be made by PayPal directly to inallsassiness@juno.com, by personal check mailed to Tonya Sheridan 130 Stuart Court Luray, VA 22835, or an invoice may be requested to pay by credit card or debit card.
A $100.00 deposit should be made to register for the crop.
In addition, if you are requesting a Suite, the Suite deposit must also be made at the time of registration.
Suite deposit for double occupancy is $50 a person.
Suite deposit for triple occupancy is $35.00 a person.
Payment options:
Complete registration paid at time of registration.
Deposit, plus one payment of balance due. Balance due Dec.1st.
Deposit, plus two payments of balance due. Due: Nov. 1, Dec. 1
Deposit, plus three payments of balance due. Due: Nov. 1, Dec. 1 and Jan. 10.
When you make your deposit, please indicate which payment plan you would like to use. I will then send you a personalized payment plan for you and your options, and will send you invoices approximately one week before the scheduled payment.
Participants who register after October 15th and wish to set up a payment plan, e-mail directly at inallsassiness@gmail.com for a re-configured payment schedule.

Early Bird Special: For participants who make their $100.00 deposit by August 20, 2012 they will receive a 12" x 12" Legacy Album or 50 pack refill free the weekend of the crop. They each will also receive 5 extra tickets into the Sassy Crops Grand Prize drawing.
