Sometimes simple is still delightful!

This is a simple little card (4" x 4" finished size) that I created to go in my client's bags who recently attended a workshop I did taught last month. I ended up falling in love with the cute little card, and made about 20 extra for myself. The colors just screamed "spring" to me! I wrote my inside message on a post-it-note so that the recipients could recycle the cards! Pretty clever I thought.

Materials used: Caboodle Level 2 Paper Pack, A Little of Everything Stamp Set, Crystal Blue Exclusive Ink, Sweet Leaf & Crystal Blue Cardstock. The card design is altered from All Squared Up in Wishes. My Ultimate Scrapbooking Challenge: 184 cards. 38 completed. 170 to go.

Almost!! So almost!

Playful and whimsical! That is definitely my thought process when I look at this collection! It has lots of bright colors, whimsical designs and is very child-play friendly! It is perfect for almost anything child-based! This particular layout was designed with the exclusive Workshop To Go kit! Of course, I tweaked it to fit my style and pictures, but the basic ideas are from Close To My Heart! I will be teaching this workshop on Monday, April 5th, and there is still space available if you live locally and would like to join me. Or, if you would prefer, host your own Workshop To Go! Gather your friends together, have a great time, and you reap the hostess benefits! E-mail me to schedule yours today!

Supplies used: Caboodle Workshop To Go Kit (includes Caboodle Level 2 Paper Pack, Exclusive stamp set, exclusive color guide & Dimensional Elements Booksmart), Sweet Leaf Designer Ribbon Rounds, Sorbet Cardstock, Sweet Leaf, Crystal Blue & SOrbet Exclusive inks, Tiny Tabs, Cocktail Stamp Set and Noteworthy Stamp Set.

Today was such a beautiful day, it only seemed right to post a "springy"(I am thinking this is only a word in my own vocabulary...lol!) layout. This is a layout I designed for a Home Gathering/Workshop that I am teaching this week. I love the colors of the Caboodle papers...they are perfect for my Easter Egg dying pictures!
The journaling reads: "We celebrate life. We celebrate spring. We celebrate Easter. & Easter eggs. We celebrate the color of the seasons...especially when they are all over Nicholas' hands! We celebrate family. & the sharing of a loved tradition. We celebrate the moment. Each and every precious moment. Easter 2007."
Supplies used: Caboodle Level 2 Paper Pack, Tiny Tabs, A Little of Everything Stamp Set (March Stamp of the Month), Crystal Blue re-inker, Just Blooms Paper Flowers, Sweet Leaf Exclusive Ink and Liquid Glass. The layout design is Monologue from Imagine.
My Ultimate Scrapbooking Challenge: 150 layouts. 12 completed. 138 to go.

These are the second part of the Shocker's Easter/Spring Card Workshop tonight!
