Day 4 - 25 Sassy Days of Christmas - Christmas Blessings

Welcome to Day 4 of my Sassy 25 Days of Christmas specials!  If this is your first day reading about my Sassy 25 Days of Christmas specials, click here to find out all of the details of this special program that I am offering during the month of December!

Today's layout is created with our retired Mistletoe paper suite - one of my all time favorites!  It highlights the shades of Garden Green, Colonial White, Cranberry and Cocoa and this absolutely beautiful snowflake paper.

I used multiple CTMH Cricut Cartridges to embellish the layout - Flower Market, Art Philosophy, Artiste' and Artbooking.  I love the layered poinsettias and the richness of the Cocoa flourishes together!

Revisiting the music room...

A few days ago, I posted a layout that I did of my children in my husband's music room as a part of my 30 Days of Thanksgiving.  Because this was such an important part of my children's lives for 6 years, I decided to create a layout for each of them to savor the memories and lessons learned.

Here's the original layout.

30 Days of Thanksgiving - Day 18

Day 18 – I am thankful for the presence of music in my family’s lives.  I am thankful that my husband can share his passion as the Choir Director in our church; that my daughter can share her beautiful voice in children’s choir and that all of my children have developed a love for creating music.  We are truly blessed that music plays such an important role in our lives.

Gifts that are handmade and heartfelt.

I wanted to share a gift that I made for a dear friend. I made her some of our family's favorite Christmas goodies and pulled them all together with the colors of the Mistletoe paper collection. And since she is also a scrapbooker, I added a package of our adorable Mistletoe embellishments. Included yummies are: Chocolate-Apricot Tea Bread, Buckeyes and Peppermint Bark (in cookie cutter).

Enjoy making all of your handmade gifts this year!

Cute, simple & adorable!

This is a cute little card that I made to go with my boxes of Holiday Buckeyes. The finished card size is 3" x 3". The paper collection is again, the Mistletoe and it features the colors or Cranberry, Colonial White and Cocoa. The card design is Short Accent from Originals.
