Annual Scrapbooking Yard Sale!

You are invited to the Broadway Sassy Scrappers annual Scrapbooking Yard Sale!  You will find a great variety of hundreds of new, and gently loved scrapbooking albums, tools, papers, embellishments, card making supplies and much more at great prices!    Open to the general public all day!   We will also be having a raffle for several Thirty-One Scrapbooking Totes and other Scrapbooking Gifts and there will be two fantastic door prizes that all attendees names will be entered in for a chance to earn a home workshop for 8 or Close To My Heart's exclusive Artiste' Cricut cartridge!   A percentage of sales from the day, as well as all raffle proceeds will go to benefit our Relay for Life Team, Team Awesome.

We welcome individuals to clean out their own "stashes", go green and recycle them, and join in on the fun too!  All sales generated will convert to Close To My Heart credit that can be used on new products or Studio J Digital layouts.  Here are the details for those wishing to participate in the Scrapbooking Yard Sale part of the event:

1.  Our cause of choice for this event is Team Awesome's Relay for Life Team.

2.  Only scrapbooking and paper crafting items will be allowed to be sold due to the space and nature of the event.

3.  Participants will be assigned a number and will need to put this number and their asking price on all of their items.  Items should be in plastic bags unless they are items like tools.

4.  The funds generated from each participants items sold will be converted to Close To My Heart credit with may be used on product or Studio-J orders.  Funds may not be used on crop or class fees.

5.  20% of all funds generated will be donated to the Relay for Life Team.  Note, this is taken from what the seller earns from their sales but from my commission when you redeem your credits.

6.  Such a win-win event for all parties included!

7.  Sassy Crops reserves the right to have the final decision as to if an item may be included in the sale.

The Scrapbooking Yardsale will be running in conjunction with our April Crop.  

Crop Details:

Friday, April 12th 5-10PM.  Saturday, April 13th.  8am-8PM.  April Crop and Scrapbooking Yard Sale.   Timberville Church of the Brethren Fellowship Hall.  Cost:  $10.00 for Friday only.  $15.00 for Saturday only.  $20 for both days. 

Included with your crop fee you will receive: your own crop table (6 ft), bottled water, dessert on Friday night, lunch on Saturday and Scrappin' Goodies/make and take.

For lunch on Saturday, we will be having Meatball Subs. If you would like to bring something to compliment the meal, or for "grazing to share" please let me know and what you would like to bring. You may choose 5 pieces of cardstock as my thank you to you for helping out with the meal. This is completely optional.  Suggestions are posted on the Broadway Sassy Scrappers Meetup Page.

Please register by 5PM on April 10th so that I can prepare the seating arrangement of the church and ensure there are enough supplies, and food for the group. Payment may be made via PayPal to sassycrops@gmail.com, by personal check, cash, or credit card (invoice will be sent upon request).

Crop Challenge: Will be announced the week of the crop so that you can prepare accordingly (optional).
