Fall Scrapbook Weekend 2012
October 12th - October 14th
from 10:00am on Friday through 5PM on Sunday
To be held at the historical Wayside Inn in Middletown, Virginia.

Cropper amenities:
Each cropper will receive his/her own 6 foot table for their scrappin' space.
-3 days of scrapbooking time
-a scrapbooking gift valued at $25 upon arrival
-entry into Sassy Grand Prize drawings and frequent prize drawings
-full use of Cricut Electronic cutting system (please bring your own Cricut Mat)
-A Layout contest...details to be announced at the crop!
-Specialty Workshops will be offered for an additional charge; details to be announced closer to the date of the crop.

A few of the "sassy" touches that are unique to this crop.
-Complimentary Spoon Bread that the restaurant is ABSOLUTELY famous for as a special treat at the crop.
-Richard Sitorius will be returning as our Massage Specialist on Saturday afternoon for 15 minute massages.
And did someone say Chocolate?
One cannot scrapbook without chocolate, so of course, it is included! White Chocolate available upon request.
With this Sassy Crop...the Meals...they're included!
All provided meals will be served in The Wayside Inn's antique filled dining rooms. The Inn Specializes in "historic good taste with authentic Regional American Cuisine". Lunch on Saturday and Sunday as well as Dinner on Friday and Saturday are included with your crop registration. Participants may choose from select items on the restaurant menu before each meal and we will be called into the dining room when the meals are ready to optimize scrapbooking time. Alcohol is available and will be at the participants own cost. A continental breakfast is included with your night's stay at the Inn.
Dinner on Friday: Pan Seared Salmon,Roasted Pork Tenderloin, or the Inn's Famous Roast Chicken. All entrees are served with Homemade Rolls and Butter.
Lunch on Saturday: Famous Wayside Inn Chicken Pot Pie, Blackened Prime Rib or Jumbo Lump Crab Cake.
Dinner on Saturday: Prime Rib or Rib eye Steak (Chef's Choice), Wayside Inn's Famous Crab Cakes or Rack of Lamb. All entrees are served with Homemade Rolls and Butter.
Lunch on Sunday: Assorted Light fare - Assorted cheeses, Seasonal fruits and berries and Passed Hors D'oeuvres.
Note: these selections are subject to change seasonally and based on availability.
Cost:
The Fall Scrapbook Weekend registration fee is $225.00. This fee includes the rental of the crop spaces, dinner both Friday and Saturday nights, lunches Saturday and Sunday, goodie bags, make and takes, prizes and more.
Guest rooms are available and are up to the participant to secure with the hotel. There is a block of rooms "held" at the inn for participants. These will be released approximately 1 month before the crop to other guest of the inn.
Note: $100 deposit is required at the time of registration to ensure your space at the crop. The remaining $125.00 is due by September 15, 2012. You may also opt to pay the entire registration at the time you make your deposit.
Payments may be made by using a debit, credit, or PayPal with the links below, cash or check. Please note that your registration will not be considered official until your deposit has been received. Additional Options: Can't make it the entire weekend? Here are a few pro-rated options that might work better with your schedules.
Friday Only: $90.00. Includes crop space, dinner, and all the crop perks.
Saturday Only: $115.00. Includes crop space, lunch and dinner, and all the crop perks.
Saturday & Sunday: $170.00. Includes Sat and Sun. lunch and Saturday dinner, and all the crop perks.
Note: For additional options, Friday and Saturday day only, the full amount is paid at the time of the deposit. For Saturday and Sunday, the $100 deposit is needed to reserve the space and the remaining $70 is due by September 15, 2012.

The Inn has 22 charming, and unique, guest rooms that are all true to time period. The Standard Guest rooms are $99 a night, Staterooms are $159 a night, and the Suites are $169 a night plus applicable taxes for all room types. There is a 10% discount for reservations made with our group. Guest who would like more than two adults to a room will need to add $25 per night per additional person to cover breakfast, linens and towels cost.
Participants who would like to stay overnight during the Scrapbooking Weekend are encouraged to visit the Inn's Website, browse through the various room options and choose the room that best suits their needs. There are rooms on each of three floors which various sleeping arrangements (double, queen, king, and two double beds). As the scrapbooking weekend is in the middle of peak foliage season, you will want to make your reservation early. Please specify that you are with Sassy Crops. The following rooms are in our block: Guest Rooms: Heit, Victorian, Newport, Blue Cottage, Plumy, Sir Bradbury and Rose Cottage; State Rooms: English Country and Napoleon Empire.
And did we mention... that the crop is in BEAUTIFUL Middletown, Virginia during the fall season. Hopefully, our timing will be perfect for the beauty of the leaves changing. Can we say Scenery, scenery, scenery?

If paying by check, I must have received it by this date to honor the special.
Due to the nature of this crop and the venue, I am not able to give refunds if you need to make a cancellation. You may however find someone to take over your spot.
