Aloha Summer Crop at the Stonewall Jackson Hotel in Staunton, Virginia

Crop begins at 9am on Friday and continues until 4PM on Sunday.

Meals included: Saturday: breakfast, lunch and dinner. Sunday: brunch.

Scrappin' Accommodations: Each participant will receive their own 6 foot table, a scrappin' goodie bag, free make and takes, prizes and more. Optional classes will be available at an additional cost for those who are interested.

Single Occupancy - $390.00

Double Occupancy - $300.00

Triple Occupancy - $265.00

Quad Occupancy - $245.00

Single Occupancy is based on one King Sized Bed.

Double Occupancy is based on one King Sized or two Queen Sized Beds.

Triple and Quad Occupancy are based on two Queen sized beds.

For those guests who would like to share rooms, Sassy Crops will try to help you find a roommate/roommates who are wishing for the same.

 

Queen or King of the crop will receive an exclusive scrapping bag filled with over $50 in product, the right to be first for all meals, and a bottle of wine delivered to their room.

Cropper amenities:

Each cropper will receive his/her own 6 foot table for their scrappin' space.

Also included:

-a scrapbooking gift valued at $40 upon arrival

-entry into Sassy prize drawings

-full use of Cricut Electronic cutting system (please bring your own Cricut Mat),

-A Layout contest...details to be announced at the crop!

-Speciality Workshop will be offered for an additional charge; details to be announced closer to the date of the crop.

And did someone say Chocolate?

One cannot scrapbook with out chocolate! So, we will be having chocolate specialties each night! White Chocolate available upon request.

Payments

May be made by PayPal directly to inallsassiness@juno.com, by personal check mailed to Tonya Sheridan 130 Stuart Court Luray, VA 22835, or an invoice may be requested to pay by credit card or debit card.

 

Three options:

1. One single payment.

2. Deposit of $75. 1 payment of balance due by April 10th. (amt. depends on rooming selection that is best for you).

3. Deposit plus 2 Payments: (based on deposit already made) 2 payments of balance. Due April 10th and May 10th.

Payments must be paid in full by May 10, 2012.

Note:

Regular Registration will be open until May 10th or while seats are available.

Late fee: a 10% late fee will be charged to are registrants after May 10th as long as space is still available in the hotel.
