Shades of Blues Bow Card

Is there anything more elegant than a glitter bow?  Our Small Bow Thin Cut cuts this simple, but elegant, bow making bow making possibilities endless!  Although hard to see with the glitter paper in the photo, the edges of the bow are also stitched which adds one more additional touch of elegance.  The bows are very simple to assemble -- you just need Liquid Glue, or my preferred adhesive for these - Mini Glue Dots!  Secure the bow where the tips meet and then to the backing and you are all set.  Add Thin Foam Tape for more fluff or press down to flatten: the choice is yours.

For this card, I incorporated three colors that created a monochromatic feel and then added a border that is popped up with Thin Foam Tape to create depth within the card.  There are Blue Belle Loose Sequins in the center of each bow with a dot of Waterfall Stickles in the center of each bow for that added sparkle.

When I first shared this card a few weeks ago, I was under the understanding that the Small Bow Thin Cut would be on our retiring list, however, I just discovered that it will NOT be retiring and instead carrying over to our new annual Idea Book!  That makes me so very happy because I truly love this Thin Cut!  The large one is great for packages and larger projects, but the small is just perfect for cards, layouts and for me!
