Announcing a new weekend Crop! A Fall-irific Crop!
Date: Friday, August 19-Sunday, August 21st.
Time: Friday 3PM - midnight; Sat. 7am-midnight; & Sun. 7am-3PM.

What makes this crop Fall-irific? Why it will be filled with brand new Idea Books & Fall Product to oohh, ahhh, and create with of course! Not to mention all of the exciting amenities below!
Cropper amenities:
Each cropper will receive his/her own 6 foot table for their scrappin' space. Also included:
-an exclusive scrapbooking gift
-access to an electrical outlet
-entry into Sassy Grand Prize drawing and hourly prize drawings, full use of Cricut Electronic cutting system (please bring your own Cricut Mat), Sizzix & Cuttlebug die cutting & embossing machines
-A Layout contest...details to be announced at the crop!
-Specialty Workshop (s) will be offered for an additional charge; details to be announced closer to the date of the crop
And did someone say Chocolate?
One cannot scrapbook without chocolate! So of course, there will be chocolate!
With this Sassy Crop...the dinner...it's included! Dinner on Saturday will be catered by a local company. Beverages will be available all day and well as a fruit & cheese buffet for your healthy snacking (after all, we have to counteract all of the chocolate right?).
Lunch is on your own. However, the hotel is adjacent to a Cracker Barrel. Sassy Crops will be placing a carry out order for lunch for those who prefer to not leave the crop and would like their lunch delivered to their seats. (This meal is at own expense--if you would like to order with us, please plan accordingly and bring cash for your meal).

Never fear, we will have our "store" available for your scrapbooking shopping needs. Extra Cricut mats, adhesive, the newest trends in the industry and plenty of scrapbooking supplies will be available at your fingertips!
Want to make it a weekend of it?
A block of hotel rooms is available. The hotel rooms are $89.99 (plus tax) for double occupancy per night. If assistance is needed finding a roommate, let us know. We will do our best to match you up! Please make your reservation early to reserve your room. To make reservations, call: (540) 942-1100. The hotel stay includes a continental breakfast.
Registration cost:
There are several options to fit your needs:
Saturday Day Package: Saturday only - cost is $60.
2 Day Package: Friday from 3PM until Saturday at 11PM OR Saturday from 9am-Sunday at 3PM :Cost is $90
3 Day package: Friday from 3PM until Sunday at 3PM
Registration is open until August 1st, or while seats are available. If there are spaces still available at this time, individuals may still register, however there is a $10 late registration fee making the registration $70, $100, or $130 respectively.
Payment: For all packages, the $60 Saturday fee will serve as your deposit and is needed to reserve your spot. For those who would like the 2 or 3 day package, the remaining balance is due by August 1st.
Early Bird Registration: Register by June 15th and receive 5 bonus entries into the Grand Prize drawing & a special thank you gift upon arrival.
