Additional overnight stays – If you plan to arrive a night early or extend your stay an additional night, you will receive the winter rate of $89.00 a night for a standard room. When making these arrangements, please indicate to the hotel staff that you are with Tonya Sheridan’s Scrapbooking group.

Seasons Spa – There is a full service spa at the Mimslyn Inn. The services available and prices can be found on the Mimslyn’s website at: www.mimslyninn.com. We are also partnering with the Spa to provide 15 minute chair massages. More information to follow very soon. All regular spa services should be reserved 7 days prior to the Crop. Once the details are available for the 15 chair massages, I will have a signup sheet.

Secret Scrapper – Optional. For those who are interested, and this is optional, we will be having a Secret Scrapper at the crop. How does this work? Each scrapper who wants to participate will fill out a short survey with their likes etc. E-mail the survey back to me. All surveys are due back to me by February 10th and will then be “switched”. You will receive an e-mail from me on February 11th with your Secret Scrappers survey. During the crop, you can then leave little surprises for your Secret Scrapper each day. These can be left at their “station”, with a roommate, or if you prefer, given to me and I will deliver them. Do remember however that who you are is a secret until Sunday am when we will reveal ourselves. Some ideas are: their favorite drink, favorite treat, a handmade card, layout, or altered art, embellishments, etc. It is really up to you. The total cost spent should be between $10 and $15. For those who want to participate…have fun and get creative! Note, you can pre-order CTMH items if desired, but items given do not need to be CTMH.

A sample giving might be (and note that this is just a sample):

Friday afternoon: Diet Coke

Friday evening: something related to the projects that they are working on

Saturday am: a handmade cake and a pack of adhesive

Saturday afternoon: a candy bar and pack of embellishments

Sunday: final gift

Cricut usage: There will be at least one Cricut at the crop. Feel free to bring your own as well, however make sure that you bring an extension cord. Please note that although my cartridges are available for all to use, you will need to bring your own mats. Please put your name on your mats. If you do not have a mat, I will have some available for purchase.

Pre-orders – Sassy Crops will have an on-site store available for the croppers. I do keep a rather large inventory, however if there are specific Close To My Heart items that you would like for the crop, you might want to consider pre-ordering those items. I will be offering a pre-crop special for crop participants, and items ordered will be at the crop waiting for you. The deadline for ordering is February 25th. Please know that I will be in Hawaii from March 1st-11th so all orders have to be placed before I leave. Orders may be paid for by cash, check, credit card or PayPal (either directly or by invoice). If you don’t have a new copy of our Spring Idea Book (unveiled February 1st), you can view it on-line at: www.ctmh.com/tonyasheridan or send me an e-mail with your mailing address and I will mail you your own copy.

Shamrock Crop Pre-order Special:  e-mail me at: inallsassiness@gmail.com for the Pre-order special.

Silent Auction – For those who know me, and my CTMH business, my March Crop, or My Shamrock Crop, has always been one of the highlights of my business year as I do something special to benefit the Muscular Dystrophy Association. I know that everyone has a “cause” that means something special to them, and this is one that really touches me. I have lost many friends, several within the last year, to MD and a very special person to ALS. I believe wholeheartedly in the Muscular Dystrophy Association and their efforts for patient care, research, and family support. So, at the Shamrock Crop I will be holding a Silent Auction to benefit MDA. Many of the items will be hand-made pieces of artwork. If anyone would like to create and contribute an item for the auction, please let me know and I will give you the details. I will also have a “candy-bar” available throughout the crop for donations.

Challenge – There will be a creation challenge at the crop. Details will be given upon arrival. In the meantime, please browse through the current Idea Book (either hard copy or on-line) and send me an e-mail of three embellishments that you like that are $6 or under. For i.e. Footloose Compliments, Pacifica Mini Medleys, Neutral Bakers Twine.

Shamrock Crop – Class OptionI will be teaching a variety of classes over the course of the weekend. The classes are all optional…you are more than welcome to come and just crop.
