Tonight I want to share with you a layout that I created with Close To My Heart's new Complete Creativity Cricut Cartridge. I love the autumn colors used in the layout!! The layout was very easy to create -- just cut it out with the Cricut, adhere the color backings to the overlays, adhere the overlay and embellish! Truly, it was as simple as that!
The left side is the exact image as found on the cartridge just re-sized slightly so that the photo mat held a standard 3 1/2" x 5 1/2" photo. The right page, was inspired by my up-line Tina Sutton. For this page, we took the images on the left page, separated them, and then created a border for the bottom of the right page. The Fern and Canary leaves and the Ruby heart are popped up on Thin 3-d Foam tape for dimension. Once this was done, the mats were adhered and embellishments were added. Truly, simple. fast. easy.
