Bright, vivid colors ( a combination of new and retiring), partnered with your favorite Disney characters and how could you go wrong? I adore the fun, playfulness of this layout that was designed by Ginni Candelaria. I made a few tweaks but she certainly receives all of the creative credit.
This is the next installment in my Sassy and Magical Disney Layout Series featuring Pluto and Goofy. The layout was created with the retiring (as of last night) Central Park paper collection and features the colors: Nectarine (new), Pacifica (retired), Willow (current) and Lemon (current). Ginni did a wonderful job shading her stars, but shading is a talent that I lack, so I cut a second of each star, a little bit smaller, and flipped the star so both tones of the color were visible and then inked the edges --proving that there are always two ways to create a task. For those taking this class tomorrow at my Afternoon with Mickey, or purchasing the kit, no worries...all of the stars have been pre-cut for you!
The kit is available in my In All Sassiness Designs Shop for $15.00 and includes all of the pre-cut stars, character pieces, most of the regular pieces are also pre-cut with the exception of the photo mats in case you want to alter your sizes), measured Black Shimmer Trim, a full pack of Black and White Dots, a color photo and detailed instructions to help you in the creating process. Putting this layout together, I am certain a few "GOSH"es will pop out of your mouth because it is just so much fun to create!

When creating on your own, you might want to have these supplies on hand: Black Journaling Pen, 3-d Thin Foam Tape, sponge/dauber and these inks (optional): Nectarine, Willow, Pacifica and Lemon.
