Spreading the Sass...my WHY!

During the month of April, Close To My Heart has an amazing opportunity that they are offering for new consultants in hopes of bringing new consultants into our amazing company, but also to help current consultants, like myself, to grow our teams. You will see me posting my team's challenge:  "Spreading the Sass" all month long when one of us adds a new team member.  We have a goal to collectively add 30 new team members -- one for each year that Close To My Heart has been in business.   What is this amazing new consultant special?

When you sign up to be a Close To My Heart Consultant during the month of April for just $99, not only do you receive a product packed kit filled with well over $300 in product, a free website, free training tools, consultant support and much more; but you also receive one of our exclusive Cricut Collections (Artiste, Artbooking or Art Philosophy) for FREE!  The cartridge collections are $99 each which adds a tremendous value to your kit.

As an Independent Consultant, and coach, I am offering a sign on bonus to my team, the Hearts with Sass, to include a free Medium Organizer (valued at $16.99) as well.  This is our most popular organizer and will be a great way to transport and store you new CTMH products as well as show off the functionality of our awesome organizers!

And not to sound like a commercial, "but wait...there's more"!  If you are one of the next SEVEN individuals to join my team, then I will also add an early bird special of  $25 in Flip Flaps--in the sizes of your choice!  All together, this makes your kit value well over $440 -- for $99 that is such a great deal!

So SEVEN--that sounds like an odd number for an early bird special?  Right?  There is indeed a reason I chose SEVEN.  SEVEN is the exact number of new team members that I need in my first downline to promote to a Director with Close To My Heart - a dream that I have had for the past four years and one that I am so close to finally reaching!  I am hoping to fulfill this dream this month!

Recently, my grandma up-line featured me in her team newsletter and in preparation for her feature she asked me answer a series of questions about Why CTMH? I thought I would share some of my whys here so others, who might be in the same position, can see what truly is possible.

Tell me about you:
I am currently an Executive Manager with a dream of becoming a Director, and have been with Close To My Heart for 7 ½ years.  I have earned four incentive trips (Epic, Hawaii, Southern Caribbean and Costa Rica).   My business consists of both scrapbooking and card workshops, hosting crops, vending at crops, fundraisers, kids workshops and assisting my up line and sidelines at Expos.  I am passionate about Studio J and try to include that in as many aspects of my business as I can. I have a small, but growing team and I cherish, and respect, each of my team members.   I am so blessed to be a part of this amazing company and to have found the most fabulous friends and support system imaginable within CTMH.

A little bit about her family:
We live in the beautiful mountains of Luray, Virginia.  I have three beautiful children who are most often the inspiration for my scrapbooking.  Nicholas, my nine year old is my little Lego man and artist.  He loves to draw and build.  He has been stamping since he was old enough to hold a block.  He is much like me and loves to make cards for others.  Gabriel, my 7 year old, is my little athletic guy who also loves to play his video games and has this unyielding passion for Polar Bears.  He loves to Studio J scrapbook with me!  Abigail, my 6 year old is my chatterbox.  She loves to dance and is my social director when she visits my crops. She knows everyone's name and makes sure to greet and hug each of them.  My husband, Jay, was my high school sweetheart.  He has a music background, is the choir director at our church and works for the Boy Scouts.  He is a fabulous dad and helps me quite frequently with my CTMH business.  We enjoy jogging together and have just registered for our first Marine Corp Marathon with Team in Training with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.  (GO TEAM).

What is your why?

I have several why's for doing what I do and striving to be the consultant that I want to be.
  1. My long term goal is for my Close To My Heart business to become a career that won't supplement my family's income but support my family while being available for their daily needs -ballet lessons, baseball games, Daisy mom and so forth.
  2. As a part of that, I want to use my business, and my commitment to my business, to make a difference.   I hold four crops a year each for a different cause (Muscular Dystrophy Association, Stefanie Spielman Foundation for Breast Cancer Research, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and Relay for Life) that are near and dear to my heart as well as causes that have personally touched individual's in my groups lives as well supporting CTMH's cause Operation Smile.
  3. Be someone my daughter will be proud of.  I want her to see me be a successful businesswoman so that she knows she can reach for the stars herself and obtain them.
  4. Take my children to Disney World on what I have earned with Close To My Heart.  Witness Abigail's face as she walked into Belle's castle and flutters through Tinkerbell's gardens and see my boy's excitement as they partake in the Jedi Training Academy.
  5. Become a teacher and a leader to my growing team.  I love to teach and to share my love for CTMH.  I want to provide a support system.

So that is my why!  I would love to help you start your own business and achieve your "whys!".  For questions, or to know more, e-mail me at: inallsassiness@gmail.com or if you are ready for the opportunity to grow and shine and own your own business and are ready to sign up, use the link here to get started!
