Sponging ink techniques

One stamp, two completely different outcomes! These cards were made for my upcoming card workshops using the new Wings Paper collection and the January Stamp of the Month "Find Your Style". Both butterflies are sponged inked, but at different parts of the creations which is what separates the two. On the first butterfly, I inked Juniper, Sweet Leaf, and Vineyard Berry Ink on the stamp and then stamped the image. For the second card, I heat embossed the butterfly with Black embossing powder then went back and daubed the negative spaces with the daubers. Both techniques really made the background paper pop.
